~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
There are a few simple commands that you need to know
and a few simple rules.
Channels begin with a #
Commands begin with a /
Text to a window is just typed.
To join a channel OR to create one, you use the
join command.
/join #lwc
If it exists, you will be added as a channel member.
If it doesn't exist, you'll create it and others
may join.
The one who creates a room is automatically the
room operator or "op"  The op controls the room
through the mode command.  Leave that one for
later.
To leave the channel you are talking in, use
/part
To quit IRC use
/quit
A NOTE:  Should you be the first one to make
a channel, you will be the channel op.  If you
are there for a #lwc conference,
when someone comes in that knows how to use
the mode command you need to make them an operator.
This is done like so:
/mode #lwc +o fangz
The main purpose of a OP is to keep trouble makers
in line.  This is done by banning and kicking them
from the channel.  Normally, this is not a problem,
but if it is, it's nice to know the commands to use.
