Visms
Lilliman: Please, have mercy!
V: Not tonight.

Evey Hammond: Artists use lies to tell the truth. Politicians use them to cover it up.

V: No, what you've have are bullets, and the hope that when your guns are empty I will no longer be standing, because if I am you will all be dead before you've reloaded.

V: Would you like to dance?
Evey Hammond: It's the eve of your revolution and you want to dance?
V: A revolution without dancing, is a revolution not worth having!

V: Beneath this mask there is more than flesh. There is an idea, Mr. Creedy, and ideas are bulletproof.

V: All I can do is pack away all the things I remember, put them in a drawer with all the other lifeless souvenirs... and just carry on.  You've got to carry on.

V: When all your bullets are gone, I better not be standing, because you'll all be dead before you reload.

V: People should not be afraid of their governments. Governments should be afraid of their people.

V: It does not do to rely too much on silent majorities, Evey, for silence is a fragile thing...  One loud noise, and it's gone.

V: I didn't put you in prison, Evey, I just showed you the bars.

Finch: If our own government was responsible for the deaths of almost a hundred thousand people... would you really want to know?

V: They make us feel indebted
For saving us from hell
And then they put us through it
It's time the bastards fell!

V: In fact, let us not mince words... The management is terrible!  We've had a string of embezzlers, frauds, liars and lunatics making a string of catastropic decisions.  This is a plain fact.  But who elected them?

V: Voilà! In view, a humble vaudevillian veteran, cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate. This visage, no mere veneer of vanity, is it vestige of the vox populi, now vacant, vanished. However, this valorous visitation of a by-gone vexation, stands vivified, and has vowed to vanquish these venal and virulent vermin vanguarding vice and vouchsafing the violently vicious and voracious violation of volition. The only verdict is vengeance; a vendetta, held as a votive, not in vain, for the value and veracity of such shall one day vindicate the vigilant and the virtuous. Verily, this vichyssoise of verbiage veers most verbose , so let me simply add that it's my very good honor to meet you and you may call me V.

Evey Hammond: Are you like a crazy person?

V: I'm quite sure they will say so.
